Anatomie Bousculaire, are Cécile, Anne-Julie and Alice. They are THE energetic and emotional rock music group from Paris. Their music fuses together poetic lyrics with driving beats.
Aggressive guitar, ambivalent voice, Cécile sings with hoarse and rock inflection, grating words of starking poetry. – A saturated bass guitar and androgynous voice. Anne-Julie closes her eyes and throws us into atypical softness and tame perversity. – Heavy tempo and voice mixing chorus and screams, Alice gives her cymbals a threatening look, and shakes the drums.
Their debut self-entitled cd is taking off throughout Europe. Anatomie Bousculaire won in 2006 a Los Angeles Music Award: "Best artist of the year" in the grunge category, with their song Rictus. – Freaks fight on!
