She writes powerful songs about weakness and finds simple ways to express hard things. She blends beautiful melodies with an amazing, gifted voice which can only truly be experienced at her live performances. Mckinley also created a forum for her colleagues in the form of a free, open-stage Singer/Songwriter Event called Troubadour – Modern Minstrels.
