Miss van Biss has always focused on music, playing guitar and bass for a number of band projects. In 2002 she also discovered a passion for working as a DJ. Since then she has played sets in Hamburg, including the "Inteam Club", and also at parties in other European cities, such as Berlin and Vienna. In 2006 she started the "Bang Bang" party project in Hamburg with two other DJs. She and her two partners spin the records themselves, but also regularly invite other DJs and national and international bands to perform at their events. Miss van Biss has a preference for indie and electro rock and pop, but is not averse to playing funk and soul.

Apart from her work as a DJ, Miss van Biss organises other music and cultural events. She is also a member of the team that produces the queer magazine "Hugs and Kisses", where graphic art, music, literature and film all come together.
