Kosheen already exists since the late 90's. The plaintive and potent vocal of singer Sian Evans (photo) is accompanied with the darkly intimate electronic of Darren Decoder and Markee Substance. Before they combined into Kosheen every one of them had gained experiences in writing songs or playing music. Together they learnt to integrate their particular loves of rock, hip-hop, jazz, drum'n bass and folk. As a result there are songs mainly created with a heart.

After their hit revival "Catch" last year everybody waits for the publishing of the new album "Independence".
