▶ Vinyasa and Kundalini Courses

Once again Karla Stanek und Maja Gorges are

looking forward to seeing you this year at their yoga courses – whether you're a yoga profi or new to

the sport.

 

Karla teaches Vinyasa-Yoga (also known as Power-Yoga) – a dynamic flowing yoga style that consciously connects breathing and movement. Maja's motto is: On your mat, get set, go! She teaches a combination of body and breathing exercises, deep relaxation and meditation, the characteristics of Kundalini-Yoga.

 

The courses will we held on Saturday and Sunday. Times will be shown in our festival booklet,

which you will find from the middle of April here on

our homepage.
