DJ Swingin' Swanee is the only DJ worldwide to offer a repertoire of sounds from the Twenties to the Fitfies, specialising in Swing.
She not only performs as DJ & emcee, but also hosts radio shows and other events where she presents the life and times of Swing protagonists. Her insider views are based on personal research and she's continually in search of new rarities, roaming the streets of New York, Chicago, San Fransico or London.
She is moreover, consequential with her passion, wearing only original period suits and dresses, as if she had just leaped out of a classic Hollywood movie of the Thirties or Forties: fedora, gangster suit, two-tone shoes.
Hamburg born, Swingin' Swanee has been living in Berlin since 2007.
